Today marks our final day of freedom before it's back to the hospital to begin the transplant process tomorrow. We'll be in the hospital for 3-4 weeks and then our 100 days of isolation begins. The next few months will be tough, but we're staying positive, keeping our eyes on the future, and finding happiness making future plans -- most of which involve exploring this vast, beautiful planet of ours!
We love imagining where we'll travel to when all this is behind us, and many of your Facebook photos provide ample inspiration!
One of the first things we plan to do when this is all over is to re-do our honeymoon! We love wasting the hours away thinking about where we'll go and what we'll do next.
So this is where you come in!
Since we're so lucky to have so many friends and family who live in, or have traveled to, such beautiful places around the world, we thought it would be wonderful if you would make us a photobook of a place (or places!) you've lived in or traveled to with some reasons why you think we should travel there too.
There are so many places we haven't explored yet or would love to explore again ... even in our own backyard! From Santa Barbara to New Orleans to Iceland to Tahiti to Europe and beyond ... we'd love to see your photos and hear your recommendations!
So please help us pass the hours in the hospital and escape the solitude of isolation by sending us a photobook of your adventures with some ideas of what we could do or why we should visit a certain place (city, country, state, region, continent, etc)!
